I’m going to do my last meme for the year. That’s only because it’s nearing Christmas and work is as busy as I’ve ever seen it, trying to get a website redesign developed in time for January, and I can’t think of anything worthwhile to write about right now. Road Rage

This could be a case for Mulder and Scully

Approximately 10 years ago I passed my driving test and from what I can remember I was a quiet and calm driver. Pootling around in my green Clio, I never raised my voice or fists and politely let other road users get on with their journey.

Roll-on to now, with my more powerful Celica, and I can barely go a couple of miles without my blood-pressure rising due to another driver’s stupidity. Is it me that’s changed or have the drivers of Britain become sloppy and lazy?

Done: Got Job. To Do: Move Out

In 3 weeks time I will be leaving my current job and starting work as an E-Commerce Developer. I’ve really loved working for my current company, but it’s time to move my career on in the direction that I want it to go in. My passion lies in front-end development of web sites and applications and this new job will allow me to put my skills in accessibility and web standards into practice.

Compentency-Based Interviews

I both hate and love interviews (but more hate). I love the fact that most answers can be pre-planned so you don’t get flustered and can confidently let the interviewer know exactly what you’ve been doing since you left school or university. But then again, I hate the fact that most answers can be pre-planned. You may as well just hand the interviewer a sheet of paper with them on.
